Michał Adamski founded Codeit4us after years as a senior Java developer. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology and is currently completing an MBA at Kozminski University. This combination of technical and business experience shapes the Codeit4us approach: fair rates and team fit. Michał or someone from the small team usually handles the first contact. You speak directly with the person handling the process.

We take on only as many searches as we can give our full attention. This lets us focus on the quality of each match rather than sending a high volume of profiles.

Before we start working together, we show the specialist's rate and our margin. Billing is transparent, with no hidden costs.
You decide
We present matched profiles and support the process. You speak with the specialists and choose the person who best fits your team.
What vetting looks like
Before we send a profile, we discuss real projects and verify CV consistency, availability and rate expectations. We also check whether the person’s way of working fits your team’s rhythm. If we do not see a real fit, we do not put the profile forward.
