Why we exist
Permanent hiring is often too slow, and large agencies too often optimise for volume. We’re in between: fast access to proven freelancers and contractors, without the corporate layer.
We focus on mid/senior roles in Europe - remote, CET/CEST. Startups, scale-ups and product teams that need a specific person for a specific timeline.
